SHNU: On September 16th, the 2014 Opening Ceremony of Postgraduates was held on Xuhui campus of SHNU. It was attended by about 1,900 new candidates of master’s and doctor’s degrees and SHNU authorities, including SHNU Party Secretary Lu Jianfei and SHNU President Zhu Ziqiang. SHNU President Zhu encouraged students to focus on moral development, bring forward innovative solutions and perceptions, maintain health by more physical exercises and expand their international vision to work for the improvement of economic development and social civilization of Shanghai. The new students also listened to the preschool education lectures concerning education management system, safety precautions, library resources exploration and information uses This year, about 1,900 postgraduate students (including 200 doctor’s degree candidates) and more than 30 overseas students were admitted. |
