SHNU: As one of the serial events of the 2013-2014 SHNU International Art Festival, , the cappella group at Ehime University (EU) staged a wonderful performance on the night of Sept. 25. Representatives of both SHNU and EU and more than 500 teachers and students enjoyed the concert.
The cappella group at Ehime University has 90 members and 18 of them came to SHNU. They not only performed some famous songs in Japan, such as Doraemon, Sukiyaki, Y.M.C.A., Kousa dogwood, but also songs recomposed in Chinese, which pushed the concert to an exciting climax.
As a biannual event, the SHNU International Art Festival features fixed logo, fixed theme and long duration period. This year the festival lasted from December, 2013 to this October and a large number of overseas art groups were invited to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of SHNU.
