SHNU: The opening ceremony for the SHNU History Museum, after its reconstruction, was held on October 10 to welcome the 60th founding anniversary of the university, which is to be celebrated later this month.
SHNU authorities including Lu Jianfei, Zhu Ziqiang, Ge Weihua, Gao Jianhua, Ke Qinfei and Liu Xiaomin were present at the ceremony.
In his opening speech, SHNU Party Secretary Lu Jianfei pointed out that the History Museum was the historical and cultural wealth as well as the shrine of memory for the university. “It showcases the constant striving and hard-working years of SHNU people and SHNU tradition and rich humanistic resources. We will attempt to build the history museum into a name card of history and culture for SHNU. “Lu said.
The museum, after reconstruction, features modernity, elegance, simplicity and permeability, leading the visitors to the brilliant tomorrow of SHNU.
