University of Luxembourg Signs Cooperative Memorandum with SHNU

SHNU: On October 17th, the University of Luxembourg (UL)signed a MOU (Memo of Understanding) with SHNU on Xuhui campus. SHNU President Ziqiang Zhu and UL Vice President Franck Leprévost signed the agreement and discussed the possibilities of establishing Confucius Institute and starting preliminary education research and European research, etc.

SHNU President Zhu interviewed the history of exchanges between the two universities and briefed on the characteristics of SHNU in terms of primary education, hotel management, urban ecology and computing science, etc. He hoped that more cooperation could be planned in teachers’ and students’ exchanges and cooperation in scientific research.

Founded in 2003, the University of Luxembourg has four campuses and boasts 6, 000 students from 107 countries with three education languages of German, English and French.
