SHNU: Good news comes that two SHNU students Shi Wei (from College of Tourism) and Jiang Liye (from College of Humanities and Communications) become winners of Shanghai Development Research Scholarship.
Till now, 8 SHNU students have obtained this honor, each of whom will be funded ￥8,000 (about ＄1300) for the whole year. The awardees will also get the chance to serve as interns in the Development Research Center of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, Shanghai Institute of development strategy and Shanghai Development Research Foundation. Set up by Shanghai Municipal People’s Government, the scholarship aims to fund excellent doctoral and graduate candidates to cultivate back-up talents for decision-making consultation and offer a platform on which they can combine theory with practice. |
