SHNU: The 9th Conference of Confucius Institute was held in Xiamen, Fujian Province of southern China. SHNU President Zhu Ziqiang attended with SHNU overseas representative, director of SHNU Department of International Affairs and director of SHNU Institute of Confucius. During the conference, SHNU President Zhu thanked those university staffs who dedicated their wisdom and hard work to the founding and development of SHNU Confucius Institute after affirming the functions in cultural exchanges and international development of the university. Sponsored by China National Hanban and Fujian Provincial Government, Xiamen Municipal Government and Xiamen Unversity, over 2, 000 directors of 475 Confucius Institutes, 851 Confucius Classrooms, consulates, and enterprises attend theconference. |
