SHNU: Recently SHNU held a meeting for those who are to go abroad for Government-sponsored study in 2015. The meeting was attended by over 70 teachers and heads of SHNU Personnel Department and the International Exchanges Office. SHNU President Assistant Mao Xuncheng shared his experience of studying abroad and announced the basic disciplines and requirements of the university on this aspect. He advised the teachers to make good use of this opportunity and act as an ambassador of Sino-foreign exchanges. SHNU Vice President Ke Qinfei expressed his expectations that teachers should have a good study plan to fully develop themselves . He also made six requirements, namely bringing back a course, involved in a scientific research project, associating with a mentor, finishing a report, publishing a paper and making a comparison of the advanced education between China and other foreign countries. Attendees all promised to obey the university rules and take advantage of the opportunity to improve their ability in teaching and scientific research.
