SHNU: The tea party for SHNU retired staff was held in the Multi-functional Hall of Xiangzhang Yuan Building on December 26. SHNU authorities Teng Jianyong, Zhu Ziqiang, Qin Liping, Ge Weihua, Gao Jianhua, Ke Qinfei and Liu Xiaomin were present at the party.
SHNU Party Secretary Teng Jianyong expressed hearty thanks to all the retired staff who have contributed to the development of the university. “The new year ahead poses opportunities as well as challenges to us”, he said, “we will do our utmost to build a stronger university”. He also wished them good health and happy family.
SHNU President Zhu Ziqiang informed the retired staff of the development and key emphasis in work next year. “We will forever remember the contributions made by you, and the university will respect and take good care of the retired staff as always”, Zhu said.
The video entitled Gorgeous 2014---the Days We Spent Together reviewed the wonderful moments of the retired staff’s work and activities over the past year and showed their love for life and enthusiasm for the Party’s career.
The retired staff expressed their New Year wishes—wishing the country more prosperous, the people living a better life and the university a more brilliant future.
