Professor Deng Qinghai's Team Published at Nature Communications

Recently, Professor Deng Qinghai's team from the SHNU College of Chemistry and Materials Science has made significant progress in the synthesis of chiral 1,2,3-triazoles and has published in Nature Communications under the title Enhanced copper catalyzed oxidation/click cascade reaction for access to chiral 1,2,3-triazoles.  This method achieves efficient synthesis of a series of 1,5-disubstituted and 1,4,5-trisubstituted chiral 1,2,3-triazole compounds through clever substrate design, combined with two reaction strategies of asymmetric azide and click chemistry. Shanghai Normal University is the only communication institute, with Jiang Lingfeng, a 2020 doctoral student from our university, as the first author of the paper, and Professor Deng Qinghai as the corresponding author.
