On November 9th, the academic forum on Theoretical Construction of Chinese Calligraphy Art hosted by the SHNU of Fine Arts was held on Xuhui Campus. Lin Zaiyong, Secretary of the SHNU Party Committee,Qiu Zhenzhong, doctoral supervisor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and the China Academy of Art, Hu Kangmei, consultant of China Book Association, doctoral supervisor of China Academy of Arts and Sichuan University, and more than 200 experts and scholars from all over China.
The main theme of this paper is Theoretical Construction of Calligraphy Art. Also, it is an important place to discuss important cutting-edge issues in the field of calligraphy.
After the opening ceremony of the forum, all attending guests and scholars took a group photo as a souvenir.
The participants discussed the research achievements of calligraphy theory over the past forty years, the current status of contemporary calligraphy theory research, and the theoretical basis of calligraphy ontology. The whole process involves confrontation and interaction, creating a relaxed and lively atmosphere.
