Under the guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, the Shanghai University Graduates Employment and Entrepreneurship Base (Shanghai Normal University) successfully held the 2024 Shanghai University Future Teacher Capability Enhancement Training Camp from October to November 2024, providing training services for nearly 200 students from 25 universities.
In addition to centralized training, the students also participated in the Shanghai University 2025 Graduate Teacher Recruitment Fair held by SHNU. Students plan ahead, take the initiative, and actively apply for internship positions. Also, all trainees who have completed the training tasks and passed the assessment have obtained a graduation certificate. In addition, some outstanding students will be recommended to some public primary and secondary schools for on-the-job practice and will be given interview opportunities.
