The 7th Shanghai Cultural New Stars Appraisal is initiated in order to bring into full play the gifted talents of Shanghai youths for achieving new height in local cultural development. The project is sponsored by the Municipal Youth League and Youth Union of Culture. Qualifications for 7th Shanghai Cultural New Stars can be found in the SHNU website in Chinese language.
