To relevant units:
According to the document on talent development fund management methods issued by Shanghai Personnel Bureau, SHNU plans to recommend qualified teachers to apply for the fund.
Those who will be recommended should fulfill the following conditions:
1. Professional and technical personnel doing researches in such fields as natural science research, applied technology research and development, independent intellectual property rights program research, etc.;
2. Patriotic, law-abiding, upstanding and under age 45;
3. Shanghai citizen or holding valid Residence Permit of Shanghai;
4. Granted with a bachelor degree or above
Teachers with their programs listed in certain state level or municipal level programs are not to be considered as applicants of the fund.
Those who are interested can submit 5 copies of the application material to Teacher Development Office of SHNU Personnel Department prior to September 6.
