At the approval of the National Philosophy Social Science Planning Leading Group, the 2010 National Social Science Fund now opens public bidding for the country.
There are altogether 90 research programs, and only one topic will win the bidding for one program. Each program will be funded about ￥500,000.
The bidder unit should be equipped with rich research strength, functional departments managing scientific researches, and necessary conditions for research work. The bidders themselves should be chief specialists with high political awareness, outstanding academic competence, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Those who are qualified can log on to the website of National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science (http://www.npopss-cn.gov.cn) to download relevant materials.
