SHNU：On June 6t, the first SHNU Academic English Forum was held on Fengxian campus. Sponsored by SHNU College of Foreign Languages, the forum attracted teachers and sophomore students from English majors. The forum falls into three parts: 8 groups of students presented their academic papers on each part. It drew to a successful end in heated ambience.
The students participants are mainly those selected General Academic English course which aims at building up oral academic English communications skills and written academic English communications proficiency of students, including listening to lecture, note-taking, report presentation, compose course papers and attend academic discussions, etc.
Themed Zero Carbon, Zero Poverty, the same with that of the 3rd Shanghai International Conference of Students in Shanghai, the students discussed on environmental and social issues.
