SHNU：The closing ceremony for the first cross-cultural documentary film workshop co-organized and established by SHNU and San Francisco State University (SFSU) was held on June 23rd. Relevant people from both universities attended the ceremony.
SHNU Vice President Lu Jianfei expressed his appreciation for the effective results of the workshop, saying that SHNU always valued cooperation and exchanges with foreign universities. “Though SASU is our new partner, our cooperation has achieved success in such a short time”, he said. Lu hoped the ceremony would not only witness an end of this program, but also serve as a beginning of further cooperation between the two sides.
Prof. Zhang Weimin who was in charge of the workshop program introduced the work and study of the month-long program.
Lu issued certificates to every participant of the program and took a group photo with them.
The excellent works by the 24 students of the program won applauses from the audience.
