SHNU: A delegation of 3 from the University of Botswana led by its Vice President Bojosi Otlhogile paid a visit to SHNU on August 26. SHNU Vice President Lu Jianfei cordially received the guests. Also present were relevant leaders from SHNU College of Tourism and International exchange Division.
Lu hoped the new Chinese Dean of the Botswana Confucius Institute will further promote the development of the institute. He also pointed out that interscholastic cooperation and exchanges on a wider range could be conducted. Bojosi Otlhogile said his university would like to cooperate with SHNU on three areas in the first place: China Studies, teacher training and tourism management.
The two parties also held discussions related to student and teacher exchange programs as well as the annual budget report of the “China-Africa Universities 20+20 Cooperation Plan”.
