SHNU: Over 100 experts and scholars engaged in social sports study from 48 universities both at home and abroad gathered in SHNU to attend the 4th International Forum on Social Sport on September 19. SHNU Party Secretary Zhou Honggang delivered a welcoming speech at the forum. Experts from Chinese Association of Higher Education, University of Tsukuba, University of West Florida and other universities made theme speeches on such topics as cultivation of social sports talents in institutions of higher education in China, future of social sports, etc. The second day of the symposium witnessed discussions on young people’s participation in community sports, value of sports in development of urban culture, sports, body-building and health policies, etc. |
