SHNU: On October 12th, a delegation of 5 from Central Ostrobothnia University of Applied Science (COU), led by Mr. Isotalus, Mayor of Kokkola, Finland, visited SHNU. Lu Jianfei, SHNU Vice President, received the guests and attended the talk.
Both parties explored the possibilities of further cooperation, mainly including mutual accreditation of credits of short-term program. A new intercollegiate exchange agreement was signed between SHNU and COU.
Gifts were exchanged, and the visitors were shown around SHNU museum.
Located at the western coast of Finland, COU now has 3,200 students, 460 overseas students, and 290 teaching staffs, with Finnish, Swedish, and English as teaching languages.
