SHNU: On October 21st, a delegation of Japan Otemon Gakuin University, led by Ochiai Masayuki, visited SHNU, and was received by Li Jin, SHNU President, and Lu Jianfei, SHNU Vice President.
Current exchanges and cooperation details were reviewed, particularly those with universities in Japan. Expectations on future cooperation between SHNU and Otemon were probed, ensued by an agreement signed between the two parties.
According to the agreement, exchanges of teachers, research staffs, and students would be planned, and academic conferences, publication works and literature would be exchanged.
Otemon is also one of the representatives in educational field invited to attend the Japan Industrial Pavilion of 2010 Shanghai World Expo.
Founded in 1888, Otemon boasts the departments of economics, marketing, psychology and sociology etc.
