SHNU: On December 10th, Deputy Vice Chancellor of the University of Botswana (UB) Mr. D. B. Katzke, Director of Faculty of Humanities of UB, and Director of the Confucius Institute of UB visited SHNU and were received by SHNU President Zhu Ziqiang. Zhu confirmed the cooperative relations between SHNU and UB and appreciated those achievements in scientific research and cultural exchanges before he expected that more cooperation could be expanded. The visitors also attended the opening ceremony of winter camp of the Confucius Institute (CI) of the UB and joined the picture show of the CI of UB. A seminar was held between the visitors and more than 20 overseas students from Botswana. The visitors also attended the meeting for consultations on Sino-African Cooperation of 20+20 Universities on December 9th. |
