SHNU: This year marks the 30th anniversary of friendly ties between Montreal of Canada and Shanghai of China. Denis Coderre, Montreal Mayor, led a team of financial, cultural and business representatives to visit SHNU. It was also attended by authorities from Shanghai Municipal Government, SHNU President, and others from SHNU Department of International Affairs and College of Finance.
SHNU President Zhu expressed welcome to the visitors and hoped more expectation could be carried out between SHNU and University of Quebec.
Also, SHNU President Zhu conferred the honorary professor certificate to Mayor Coderre who becomes the first professor of its kind in the history of SHNU. It is hoped that more exchanges would be done between SHNU and universities in Montreal.
Zhu singed interscholastic memorandum with Proulx, president of University of Quebec.
