The 2024 China Internet Learning Development Report (Preschool Education) Released at SHNU

On the morning of October 26th, the 2024 China Internet Learning Development Report (Preschool Education) launch conference and the symposium on technology-assisted high-quality development of preschool education opened at Shanghai Normal University (SHNU). The event was guided by the Education Management Information Center of the China Ministry of Education and jointly hosted by SHNU and the *China Education Informatization* magazine of the Education Management Information Center of the Ministry of Education. It was co-organized by the Education Big Data and Educational Decision-Making Laboratory of the Ministry of Education, the SHNU School of Education, and the SHNU College of Preschool Education. With the theme Supporting Every Child's Active Development: Reflections and Actions on Technology-Assisted High-Quality Preschool Education, over 100 participantsincluding representatives from educational authorities, experts, pioneer preschool educators, and industry enterprises across Chinagathered to explore new trends, practices, and methods for preschool education development in the digital era.

At the conference, the 2024 China Internet Learning Development Report (Preschool Education) was officially released. Compiled by the project team over a year, the report provides a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the current state of preschool children's internet learning from dimensions such as overall development, teacher perspectives, parent perspectives, and group differences. It identifies key issues and trends at this stage, aiming to offer data support for policy formulation, practical exploration, and theoretical research in the field of preschool education digitalization.
