Introduction： Tao Youshan is a specially appointed professor at the School of Mathematics Science, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He earned his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in mathematics from Nanjing University, Fudan University, and Soochow University, respectively. His primary research focus is on parabolic partial differential equations, particularly chemotaxis models. He has published over 100 papers in mathematical journals such as JEMS, PLMS, JMPA, AIHPC, JFA, and SIMA, with over 6,000 citations in MR.
