Recently, the list of approved projects for the 2025 National Social Science Fund's Post-Funding and Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Publication, as well as Outstanding Academic Works Reprint Projects, was announced：SHNUhas secured 15 projects for approval, ranking 7thamong all applicant institutions nationwide and 1stamong Shanghai universities.
The 15 projects approved for funding this time include 14 post-funding grants and 1 project for the republication of outstanding academic works. By discipline, there are 5 in linguistics, 2 in education, and 1 each in theoretical economics, applied economics, sociology, Chinese history, world history, sports science and health management,and arts. Also, there are 4 in the College of Humanities, 2 each in the College of Education, Schoolof Business, and ICCS (International College of Chinese Studies), and 1 each in the College of Psychology, School of Foreign Languages, College of Tourism, School of Music, and School of Sports.
The number of approved projects at SHNUhas reached a new historical high. This year, 15 projects were approved. The number of disciplines approved this year reached 10, with linguistics accounting for 5 projects, ranking secondnationwide.
