On March 18th, the 2026 Graduates Spring Comprehensive Job Fair was held at the Western Sports Hall of the SHNU Xuhui Campus. The event was divided into two sessions in the morning and afternoon, attracting 234 employers to participate. Over 3,000 job positions were offered, atracting more than 3,500 students. Lin Zaiyong, the Party Committee Secretary of the university, and Zhao Yang, Deputy Party Committee Secretary and Vice President, attended to provide guidance and engaged in cordial discussions with employers and graduates.
A one-stop service area was specially set up at the job fair, integrating services such as employment counseling, civil service and graduate school exams, military recruitment promotion, and study abroad guidance. Experts from both inside and outside the university were invited to provide professional advice and policy interpretation. Through tailored resume refinement and interview coaching, students were better equipped to meet market demands.
